Your appointment
Your selected time is reserved exclusively for you once Premiere Beauty confirms the request. Rescheduling is welcome when sufficient notice is provided.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please cancel or move your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This gives another guest a fair opportunity to use the reserved time.
When you are unwell
When illness makes attendance impossible, please contact the studio at least 24 hours beforehand. No medical certificate or other proof is required.
Late arrival
For nail appointments, a grace period of up to 10 minutes may be possible. For large tattoo appointments, up to 15–20 minutes may be possible.
After these times, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to protect the quality of the treatment and the appointments that follow. A tattoo deposit is forfeited when the reserved tattoo appointment can no longer proceed because of late arrival.
Tattoo deposits
Deposits apply to tattoo appointments only. The deposit secures preparation and reserved studio time and is credited toward the tattoo appointment. It is forfeited after a no-show or when the appointment cannot proceed because the guest arrives beyond the applicable grace period.
No-shows
When a guest does not attend and has not contacted the studio, the appointment is lost. Any tattoo deposit is also forfeited.
